The GoPro App enabled GoPro users to control their cameras remotely from their smartphones, as well as to stream video live from the camera to the phone and to browse content in the camera from the phone.

I was responsible for the definition of this product from day one, and put together a team of Engineering, UX and QA folks to develop the app. I was heavily involved in the user experience design as well as all feature definition over multiple subsequent versions.

The app was released on iOS, Android and Windows Phone and was downloaded over 23,000,000 times, making it the fourth most popular app in the photography category of the App Store.
