findforeclosures.com was a Software as a a Service (SaaS) system I developed. It was designed to provide subscribing investors with listings of foreclosed properties, and help them decide which ones were good deals and which weren't. To achieve this, I parsed a vast amount of real estate information and computed an estimated value for each property, which then the user could take as a guide to evaluate each property.

I developed the site in PHP and HTML for the front end, and a relational database system powering the back end. I also did all the user experience design and took care of the business aspects.
